Victoria Cinema is one of the cinemas from Cluj that hosts the TIFF film festival, the festival of animation films and also the FilmtettFest festival.

It has a number of 314 seats and the price of the ticket is reasonable, event though the facilities are of the most advanced ones. Also, the movies are shown on the screen at a high-standard technical level (MEO 5x projecting device made in Czech Republic, Dolby-S.R. sound).
